FAQ's
You can order by Mail, Telephone, Fax or E-mail. Using the contact details as described under the Mail Order address.
Please do not make or send orders to the Shop address. There are no facilities for processing orders at that location.
Please do not send e-mail orders to the webmaster e-mail
address.
If you are a previous customer and have paid by credit card your name, address
and card details will have been recorded, you will have been allocated an
individual customer reference number which would have been printed on your last
dispatch note. If you have this to hand then please include this with any order
that you make.
When ordering please indicate OUR stock reference number as well as the
Manufacturer and item name and the quantity you require.
If you don't have a customer number it is easy to be set
up with one.
Either write, phone or fax your order to us including your name, address (both
account address and delivery address if different) and credit card details and
e-mail address. We will then set you up with a customer number and advise you
via dispatch note with your order or by e-mail.
You can if you so wish e-mail your card and other details, but remember this
is not secure. You can split the details over several e-mails if you wish.
Payment may be via:
Credit/Charge/Debit Card (VISA / Mastercard / Switch)
Cards are debited on day of despatch
Minimum order value for Cards is £5.00
Cheque / Bankers Order made out to LSA Models.
Postal Orders made out to LSA Models
Yes you can. Many of our customers are located outside the
UK.
Payment via credit card makes ordering simple and painless.
UK VAT (Value Added Tax) will be deducted from orders outside of the EU for all
items except books (which don't carry VAT).
For UK customers the costs are as follows:
Figures & Etch = £1.00
Parcels up to £50.00 = £3.00
Parcels over £50.00 = Phone or email

For Orders outside the UK parcels are sent at Cost depending on requirements and Insurance levels.
Yes you can. However we would ask that if you no longer require an item on back order that you advise us no later than two weeks before the item is due. Failure to do so will result in the item being charged to your card and dispatched to you.
